More Important Than Any Price List: the Fixed Quote

Price lists can only give ranges, because two "identical" faults rarely look the same inside. That is why every repair starts with a free error analysis in our Hamburg workshop: the device is opened and inspected, and you receive a concrete price. Is a MacBook Repair Expensive? Why Prices Differ So Much

The biggest price difference comes from the repair method. The industry norm is swapping whole assemblies: if a single chip on the logicboard fails, the complete board gets replaced – which usually costs two to three times the actual repair.
